1. Information We Collect

Account information: email address, display name, username, and profile photo.

Location data: approximate or precise location (with your permission) to show nearby listings and calculate distances. Location is never shared with other users beyond the city-level label shown on listings.

Listings and messages: content you post including photos, descriptions, and messages sent through the platform.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to operate the marketplace: showing listings near you, enabling messaging between buyers and sellers, and maintaining your profile. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Location Privacy

Precise GPS coordinates are used only for distance calculations and are never exposed to other users. Other users see only city and state labels, not your exact location.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. Photos are stored in cloud storage. We retain your data as long as your account is active.

5. Your Rights

You may update or delete your profile information at any time. To delete your account entirely, contact us and we will remove your data.

6. Third-Party Services

We use OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service for geocoding (converting locations to coordinates). We do not share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. We will notify users of significant changes.
