Welcome to SoleLocal. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. SoleLocal is a marketplace that connects sneaker buyers and sellers for local, in-person transactions.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SoleLocal. By signing up, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity on your account. Do not share your password or use someone else's account.

3. Listings and Transactions

SoleLocal facilitates connections between buyers and sellers. All transactions occur in person between the parties involved. SoleLocal is not a party to any transaction and does not guarantee the condition, authenticity, or legality of listed items.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use SoleLocal to list counterfeit items, engage in fraud, harass other users, post spam, or violate any applicable laws.

5. Safety

SoleLocal encourages meetups in public, well-lit locations. We are not responsible for the safety of in-person transactions. Exercise caution and good judgment.

6. Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By posting, you grant SoleLocal a license to display that content on the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of SoleLocal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
